This renovated 1BR/1BA condo is situated in the main Mountain Green building #3, offering a cozy and dog-friendly environment. Conveniently located across from Snowshed and Ramshead lodges, you will have easy access to all the exciting activities in both winter and summer. The condo features modern updates. Additionally, Killington's Golf Course is just a short 5-minute walk away, providing a great opportunity for outdoor recreation.
The Space
Our condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a few friends who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying some outdoor activities like skiing, boarding, leaf-peeping, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking.
We have everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. After a day full of adventure, you can rest on our new queen-sized bed which is perfect for a great night's sleep. If you have additional vacationers, our comfy sofa bed provides an option for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware, and you can start your day with either the Keurig or drip coffee makers which we provide with ground coffee, k-cups, creamer, sugar, and tea with filters. You can also log in to your favorite streaming services on our smart TV.
We also have an electric fireplace to create a cozy winter atmosphere.
Please note that our condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.

Guest Access
Please note that as a guest, you will have access to the entire condo except for the locked owner's closet. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to the Health Club, which includes indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, and a fitness center.
Please be aware that the amenities may be temporarily closed for maintenance and renovations. We will notify you of any such closures, but for the most up-to-date status of the amenities, please check the Mountain Green Resort's website under amenities.
During the winter, building maintenance may need to access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup and leaks. This is a requirement of the homeowner's association, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Shared laundry facilites are available in the building for an additional fee. Details on use of app is available in the laundry room on the "A" level.

You can enjoy complimentary amenities located in the same building such as an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and gym.
During summer, an outdoor saltwater pool and shared BBQ grills and fire pits are available just a short walk away from the building (between buildings 1 and 2). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk.
The Main Building, where the condo is located, is also home to Black Dog Sports Ski Shop. You can rent or buy ski and boarding equipment, apparel, as well as tuning and repair services.Â
You will have access to a ski locker just outside the building. Our home is located directly across the way from Snowshed and Ramshead Lodges with quick lift access. Additionally, the shuttle stops right in front of the building every 15 minutes (Thanksgiving to Easter weekend).
We feel it is important to provide details about the accommodations and setting expectations for the sofa bed. We understand that a sofa bed is best suited for short stays and we strive to enhance the comfort of our guests by providing a plush mattress topper and a supportive board. These items can be found in the bedroom closet and should be removed before closing the sofa bed to prevent any damage.
To ensure a pleasant experience for our guests, it's important to manage expectations regarding the sofa bed. While our Airbnb can comfortably accommodate a couple or a small family with children, we recommend setting appropriate expectations if adults plan to sleep on the sofa bed. While we strive for a 5-star experience, we want to be transparent about the limitations of the sofa bed for adult sleepers.

The pool is open from Monday to Thursday from 10 AM until 6 PM, and Friday to Sunday from 11 AM until 8 PM. During holiday weeks, it is open every day from 11 AM until 8 PM.

House Rules:
The person booking our home must be 25 years old unless otherwise discussed with hosts.
No parties.
Quiet time between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am
No more than 4 guests in the house as per Killington's Short Term Rental Rules.
A $200 per person PER NIGHT fee will be implemented for exceeding the 4 person maximum. Please know that you're agreeing to this charge if you're found to be exceeding the 4 person max.
$3,000 Party Fee if found throwing a party with more guests than the rated capacity of our Airbnb or guests that are underage (under 21) hosting a party for themselves. You are agreeing to this charge if found to be hosting a party. We use exterior Ring door cameras to validate this.
Upon booking, guests MUST provide hosts with a government issued ID within 24 hours. You're welcome to block out your drivers license number and your address. We're simply looking to corroborate that your Airbnb photo matches the photo on your ID and ultimately the person who shows up to enjoy our home. If this is not done within 24 hours after requested by the host, we reserve the right to contact Airbnb and have your reservation cancelled for non-compliance with our house rules. we do not accept 3rd party bookings per Airbnb's policy on 3rd party bookings and Terms of Service.
All guests staying without a parent or guardian must be at least 18 years old or older. If any member of the party is under 18 (a minor per Vermont statute), they MUST be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who has medical authority in order to stay.
Any items left behind will be shipped back at the cost of postage plus the cost of the time of our team members.
Unannounced late checkouts past 10am by guests are subject to a charge of $100.
No smoking in the house, if so a $300 additional cleaning fee will apply.

For those of you traveling with your dog:
1. Walk your dog away from the immediate vicinity of the condo units: When taking your furry friend for a walk, please make an effort to walk them away from the entrance and surrounding areas of the condo units. This will help prevent any unpleasant odors and maintain a clean environment for all residents.
2. Clean up after your dog: It is essential to clean up after your dog's waste immediately. Please make sure to carry waste bags with you and dispose of them in designated waste bins. This not only helps keep the area clean but also ensures the safety and hygiene of fellow residents.
3. Be mindful of others: Remember that not everyone may be comfortable around dogs or their waste. By being considerate and mindful of others, we can create a harmonious living environment for everyone in the community.
4. We understand that accidents can occur, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in addressing this matter. By working together, we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all residents.
5. To ensure that we can continue as a Dog Fee Free Home while simultaneously keeping our cleaning fees low we kindly request your cooperation in keeping pets off the furniture. Your assistance in keeping your pet off the furniture along with tidying up any excess pet hair will go a long way in our ability to continue to offer a Pet Fee Free Home to you and other guests in the future.
6. Per Killington Getaways policy, dogs should not be left unattended in the condo. The HOA has rules against noise and will levy fees for barking dogs. If your pup is sensitive to noise outside of the condo, in the hallway, please take steps to mitigate the noise. If we receive complaints and subsequent fees for noise ordinance violations, these will be passed onto the guest. We understand that pets can sometimes be sensitive to their surroundings, and we want to ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone in our community. If your pup is sensitive to noise, it may be worthwhile to consider ways to make them feel more comfortable, such as keeping them in the bedroom with the TV on to help mitigate the barking.
