Mountainside Retreat - Dog-Friendly!

Enjoy year-round activities at Sunrise Village at Killington. Our location offers a true ski-in ski-out experience near the Sun Dog trail and the Sunrise Village Triple lift(488 ft away). Relax in front of the cozy electric fireplace or visit the community building with amenities and Sunrise Cafe. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and golf. Come and experience the fun at Sunrise Village.

The Space

Our condo is perfect for couples, families, or a group of friends who want to use it as a home base for skiing, boarding, leaf-peeping, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. We allow a maximum of four persons and two dogs.

Our vacation property is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. After a day of adventure, you can rest on the king bed. If you have additional guests, the comfy sofa bed is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. You can choose between the Keurig and drip coffee makers to start your day. We provide ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea with a reusable filter and K-cup. Additionally, there is an in-unit washer and dryer available for your convenience. You can log in to your favorite streaming services on our smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom.

Guest Access

Please note that you will have access to the entire 809 sq ft condo along with unlimited access to the Sunrise Sports Center in Falls Brook Commons. The sports center offers both indoor (winter) and outdoor (summer) pools, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center. Please check the hours of operation on the Sunrisevt website.

Winter Hours:
The indoor pool and hot tub are open from about the 1st weekend in December through mid-April, starting when the lifts start spinning. The timings are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Sunday to Thursday, and 8:30 am – 8:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Summer Hours:
The outdoor pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend, depending on the weather conditions. The timings are from sunrise to sunset. The locker rooms and workout areas are open from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

During the fall:
The indoor pool is open from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and the outdoor hot tub is available seven days a week.

Lastly, please remember to bring your pool towels.

Other Details to Note

Please enjoy the amazing amenities available at the Sunrise Sports Center, located in Falls Brook Commons. You can take advantage of the heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, and gym. Please visit the Sunrisevt website to check the operating hours. And don't forget to bring your pool towels!

Also, you can find the Sunrise Bar & Grill in the same building as the sports center.

If you want to enjoy snowshoeing, skating, sledding, or cross-country skiing, you can use the complimentary equipment available at the Snowshoe Hut. However, please note that the Sun Dog Trail is dependent on natural snowfall and snow-making capability. So, it's always better to double-check your dates and anticipated snowfall since ski-on and ski-off cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be offered. When the Sunrise Village Triple lift is open and spinning, it's only 488 feet from the unit.

The Bear Lodge is a 3-minute drive away and is a very convenient starting point to enjoy the Beast of the East. To get up-to-date conditions report, lift and trail status, check the Killington website, or download the Killington app.

We feel it is important to provide details about the accommodations and setting expectations for the sofa bed. We understand that a sofa bed is best suited for short stays and we strive to enhance the comfort of our guests by providing a plush mattress topper and a supportive board. These items can be found in the bedroom closet and should be removed before closing the sofa bed to prevent any damage.

To ensure a pleasant experience for our guests, it's important to manage expectations regarding the sofa bed. While our Airbnb can comfortably accommodate a couple or a small family with children, we recommend setting appropriate expectations if adults plan to sleep on the sofa bed. While we strive for a 5-star experience, we want to be transparent about the limitations of the sofa bed for adult sleepers.
